No, she's really not that out of shape, this picture was taken the night before she delivered her 2004 litter. Mattie's pedigree is made up of all brindles, except for her sire who was black with white & tan markings. | Mystic Springs I Love Lucy AKC # WS18471702 Whelped July 9, 2006 Lucy is the granddaughter of our retired female Mattie and Blackstone's Stars-n-Stripes (below). She is an almost black reverse brindle with perfect white markings. This is her first litter - and she delivered 7 very healthy plump mahogony to almost black brindled puppies. Lucy has turned out to be an amazing mom. Her pedigree will be posted to this website soon. ( sorry for the delay) Mystic Springs Mighty Mike AKC # WS06598407 Whelped October 30, 2003 Mike is an absolutely perfect family dog. He's not only an extremely handsome, very well muscled classic stag- red fawn, he also has the most unbelievable mild temperment! We knew this to be true when he was only 7 months old - he took part of playing with, protecting, and helping Mattie with her pups. He is AKC DNA Certified and has now produced over a dozen gorgeous fawn and brindled litters. This year (2008) he is the proud daddy of our Lucy's first litter - and once again is part of the puppies lives. |
